Conversion is a simple 1-2-3 process:
Using Preference and Inter-Slide Transition menus all the transition and animation effects can be selected. An important program feature is generating a log file filename_layout.txt, where all parameters for generating JavaScript, used to control you presentation from an HTML (web) page. This feature is necessary when a user wants to use standard set of buttons from this program or to create a presentation with customized scenario. Parameters are numbers of first frames in each slide of the presentation. Here you can have a look at a presentation sample. Here you can download samples o f parameters use in generating a JavaScript, controlling your presentation. In this archive you will find all files used in the sample. Special attention shall be paid to files swf_buttons.htm, swf_controler.htm, and swf_launcher.htm. File swf_controler.htm describes a set var kordons=new Array(0,30,270,291,312,333,354,375,396,417,438,459,480), which contains the first frame numbers for each slide from the presentation filename_layout.txt. |

| KNOWN ISSUE AND RESTRICTION FOR CREATING POWERPOINT PRESENTATION FOR FUTURE CONVERTING TO SWF 1. Bullets were for us an issue and a subject of long discussions and disputes. All solutions had some types of limitations, some pros and cons. We've come to an optimal in multiple variables solution. It allows conversion of specific PowerPoint bullets, including those identified by a customer, but under a condition, that the symbol code is less than 255. Under specific bullets we mean those, listed in the form below. 2. When creating PowerPoint presentations for converting into Flash, all text frames and graphical objects must be within a slide area. Otherwise in the converted slide texts and objects can be incorrectly positioned, what can sometimes lead to freezing of Flash Player. 3. All fonts used in a PowerPoint presentation must be installed on a computer with the conversion application. 4. All graphics, inserted into a presentation must have linear sizes less than slide sizes (preferable). 5. Only standard ActiveX objects can be used in a presentations, they are those, installed on a computer (server) with the conversion application. Any ActiveX objects are not recommended to presentations, as they are excluded from a converted SWF file anyway.
