When the program is installed, an icon is placed into the taskbar. Right click on the icon opens a drop-down menu with Main screen, Reports interface, and Shutdown options.

• Main screen lists all the connected workstations and users with installed Office Monitor.
• System - contains operating system type, version number, and information on a currently selected station.
• Logic Drives - contains a list of drives (hard drives, floppy discs, CD-ROM drives) and their characteristics (space, free space, type, drive letter, file system).
• Applications - this tab lists all applications per workstation. Each record contains selected computer name, screen name, opening time, closing time, activity time span (active time a user worked with the application, not minimized time), and the application name. A table in this tab contains a list of all applications, used within the period specified in settings.
• Printers tab - lists all documents in queue for printing and all accessible printers.
• Installed Applications - lists all installed software per station.
• Internet - contains a table with all data on working in the Internet. Each record contains connection time, period of work, disconnection time, and connection type.
• Activity - contains an activity chart per user. This chart is built based on numbers of keyboard strokes and mouse clicks per a specified period (function of clicks vs time). The total performance testing time is not limited.
• Memory - contains a memory usage chart.

Additionally the main screen of the Office Monitor Server has a panel with information on workstation content (monitor, processor, memory, sound, video, etc.). The main screen can be used to setup database cleaning up (selecting periods for deleting outdated data) and to call report generator (Tools menu).
